PCR polyolefins currently still have limited applications, especially in the areas of food contact and skin care products. GAPLAST has found a very good and resource-saving solution to this problem by using hybrid packaging. The multi-layered container consists of a stable, rigid outer layer made of PCR material (PE) and a flexible, contracting, integrated, extremely thin, inner bag (bag-in-bottle) made of virgin material (PE). The inner bag materials can be recycled together with the outer bottle.
