What the jury said
The first toilet paper packaging that cleans up the world offers a sustainable product along the entire supply chain. WILDPLASTIC® and Goldeimer have joined forces in a special project and successfully produced innovative toilet paper packaging that consists of 50% WILDPLASTIC®.
The use of “wild plastic”, which is outside the recycling cycle and is collected for packaging production, is outstanding. This takes plastic out of the environment and returns it to the cycle.
The challenge was to process the recycled plastic in a way that complies with European and German hygiene and safety standards for hygienic packaging and can be processed in the production partners’ state-of-the-art machines.
Every pack of gold toilet paper salvages wild plastic from the environment and supports sanitation projects worldwide.
