Choose the best environment for your products, prototypes and concepts from the 10 competition categories. We will show you up front the criteria our independent jury of experts from business and research will use to evaluate your submission. How it works
After registering , you can compile your information and supporting assertions at your leisure. You can save your work in progress and complete the submission together with your team by 31 May 2025.
Clearly explain the performance and significance of your solution to our jury. Supplement your information with pictures, sketches and/or videos and then send us your solution (except for the category packaging machines; engineering, technology, software)
Festive award ceremony
The award ceremony will take place on 23 September 2025 as part of FACHPACK. That is a completely fitting venue to present all the winners on the big stage, honour and pay tribute to their extraordinary achievements, announce the Gold Awards and present them with certificates and trophies. So, save the date! Together with our partners IGEAP group and Sappi as well as our premium partner FACHPACK and our media partners Packaging Journal, neue verpackung, PackReport and Packaging Europe, we would like to invite you to this special industry event.
Gold Awards
The Gold Award gives our jury the opportunity to distinguish innovations that stand out even from the illustrious circle of winners. The Gold Award is therefore an additional (and ultimate) honour. While we announce the winners of the German Packaging Award at the end of July, we will only reveal who has won a Gold Award at the awards ceremony itself.
