What the jury said
The MULTIVAC Cooling@Packing system is a vacuum application for cooling bakery products, in which the cooling process is integrated into a thermoforming, filling and sealing machine.
The reduction in temperature from 95°C to approx. 30°C that is required is achieved by vacuum chambers arranged one behind the other in the packaging machine.
The freshness and shelf life of the products can be improved by packaging them immediately after baking.
Eliminating a separate cooling process saves energy, time and space.
The inline solution improves process reliability and reduces costs compared to conventional vacuum coolers.
