The packaging aimed to replace an existing time-consuming solution with simpler and safer packaging. The complaint rate was reduced from 10% to virtually zero.
Packaging performance can be improved many times over with the QuickandSave panel. Previously, five teams of two were needed to pack 600 modules a day. Now, a single employee can pack a module in just under one and a half minutes.
What’s more, this innovative solution does not require adhesive tape, eliminating the need for a tool when unpacking. This simplifies the work and also ensures greater safety and less damage.
