Award 2021

Do you work as a designer, developer, manufacturer, user of packaging solutions and machines or are you one of the creative newcomers in the industry? Then submit your products, concepts, developments and prototypes by 14 May 2021. Companies, institutions and individuals from home and abroad are invited to take part in this competition.

The German Packaging Award is the most important showcase for packaging innovations in Europe and takes place under the patronage of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy. An independent jury awards the best innovations and solutions in 10 categories. And we put them on the big stage!

With ten categories to choose from, every solution and innovation can find its right place in the competition.  You can put your submission forward in one or more categories. Transparent and specific evaluation criteria will help you to make your submission stand out from the rest.

Winning a German Packaging Award – or the even more exclusive Gold Award – means you can show your outstanding innovative power and make a strong statement.

The certificate, seal and Gold Award trophy are powerful statements when communicating with customers, consumers, partners and prospective employees – and, last but not least, a clear source of motivation for your own team.
