Update Single-Use Plastic Fund Act (webinar language: German)

The main parts of the Single-Use Plastic Fund Act (EWKFondsV) will come into force on January 1, 2024. This means that from January 1, 2024, affected manufacturers will be liable to pay the single-use plastic levy. The levy will be due for the first time in 2025 for the volume incurred in 2024 (weight in kg).
