Die innovative Hybridlösung reduziert den Kunststoffanteil auf das technisch notwendige Minimum und verbessert so die Recyclingfähigkeit von Aluminiumtuben, im Sinne der PPWR deutlich. Gleichzeitig gewährleistet sie höchste Anforderungen an Dichtheit, Produktschutz und Prozesssicherheit und ist vollständig kompatibel mit bestehenden Produktions-, Abfüll- und Verschraubprozessen. Ein überzeugendes Beispiel dafür, wie Design for Recycling, Ressourceneffizienz und industrielle Praxistauglichkeit erfolgreich zusammenwirken.

LINHARDT is setting new standards for recyclable tube packaging with this newly developed aluminium cap featuring an integrated plastic inlay. This innovative hybrid solution reduces the plastic content to the absolute minimum technically required, thereby significantly improving the recyclability of aluminium tubes in line with PPWR requirements. At the same time, it meets the highest standards for leak-tightness, product protection and process reliability, and is fully compatible with existing production, filling and capping processes. A compelling example of how “Design for Recycling”, resource efficiency and industrial practicality successfully work together.
