Laminating boxes with high-quality decorative materials is not a new process, but KOLBUS has implemented it in a format-flexible way. Format parts have been substituted and thus set-up times reduced or eliminated. The adjustable work elements arranged in a modified process sequence make it possible to process a very large format range with a single machine without changing format parts, thus offering flexibility in different job structures. The high quality required is maintained, even when laminating sharp edges.
