Die Slicing Line NextGen von MULTIVAC definiert die Effizienz in der Aufschnittverarbeitung neu, indem sie hohe Leistung, maximale Flexibilität und konsequentes Hygienic Design in einer besonders kompakten Linienlösung vereint.
Mit einem um rund 28 % reduzierten Platzbedarf bietet sie einen erheblichen Vorteil für Produktionsumgebungen mit begrenzter Fläche, ohne Kompromisse bei der Performance einzugehen.
Ein wichtiges Alleinstellungsmerkmal ist das durchgängige Ertragsmonitoring über alle Prozessschritte hinweg – vom Beladeband des Slicers bis zur fertigen Packung. Dadurch werden Produktionsverluste erstmals vollständig transparent und können gezielt einzelnen Prozessschritten zugeordnet werden.
Diese Datenbasis ermöglicht eine nachhaltige Optimierung der Prozesse und steigert die Wirtschaftlichkeit signifikant. Gleichzeitig sorgt das durchdachte Hygienic Design für höchste Sicherheitsstandards und eine besonders einfache Reinigung.

With a footprint reduced by around 28%, it offers a significant benefit for production environments with limited space, without compromising on performance.
An important unique selling point is the continuous yield monitoring across all process steps – from the slicer’s loading conveyor to the finished pack. As a result, production losses become fully transparent for the first time and can be specifically attributed to individual process steps.
This data set enables sustainable process optimisation and significantly improves cost-effectiveness. At the same time, the well-thought-out hygienic design ensures the highest safety standards and makes cleaning particularly easy.
