The Paper Wave system can produce a paper bubble wrap to protect goods against transport damage in shipping directly at the packer. The use of a 100% FSC-certified recycled paper in combination with a home-compostable sealing layer made of a potato starch blend whilst still giving a high level of protection fully merits its award. The material can be composted or fed into the conventional recycling process in the paper stream after use. Even if the product accidentally finds its way into the open, the material will decompose there.
