Eine Herausforderung im Handel besteht darin, dass nur gekauft wird, was auch gesehen wird. Daher sollten Produkte im Regal immer in der ersten Reihe stehen. Doch ganz ohne Unterstützung funktioniert das nicht. Genau hier setzt das Gravity Feed-Tray an: Es verbindet Transportverpackung und Zweitplatzierung in einer kompakten Lösung. Ohne Zusatzelemente oder Füllstücke sorgt die Konstruktion dafür, dass die Produkte stets in der ersten Reihe stehen und Impulskäufe generieren.
Während des Transports schützt das Cover die Ware und sorgt für eine stabile, gut stapelbare Einheit ohne Leerraum. Am Point of Sale lässt sich die Verpackung dank definierter Perforationen und Klebepunkte schnell und intuitiv öffnen. In wenigen Handgriffen verwandelt sie sich durch die integrierte Klappmechanik in ein verkaufsstarkes Display. Die Schwerkraft sorgt dafür, dass die Produkte nach jeder Entnahme selbstständig nachrutschen und damit jederzeit sichtbar und leicht zu entnehmen sind.

One challenge in the retail sector is that customers only buy what they can see. Products on the shelf should therefore always be at the front. However, this needs a little help to work well. This is where the GravityFeed Tray comes in. It combines transport packaging and secondary placement in a compact solution. The design ensures that the products are always at the front and generate impulse purchases – and without any extra elements or filler pieces.
The cover protects the goods during transport and ensures a stable, easily stackable unit with no void space. The packaging can be opened quickly and intuitively at the point of sale thanks to pre-cut perforations and adhesive dots. In just a few simple steps, the integrated folding mechanism transforms into a high-impact display. Gravity ensures that the products slide forward automatically after each item is removed, meaning they remain visible and easy to access at all times.
