Das ist das erste Verpackungsmaterial auf dem Markt, das vollständig (100 %) aus recycelten Lebensmittel-Tiefziehschalen und nicht aus Flaschenabfällen hergestellt wird. Das Ergebnis ist ein neuer Materialstrom, der lebensmitteltaugliches Monomaterial rPET – hergestellt für Schalen aus Schalen – ermöglicht und so den Kreislauf ohne Downcycling schließt. Es wurde eine RecyClass-Zertifizierung für den geschlossenen Kreislauf mit der Recyclingfähigkeitsklasse A erlangt.

This is the first packaging material on the market to be made entirely (100%) from recycled food thermoformed trays and not from bottle waste. The result is a new material stream that enables food-grade monomaterial rPET – produced for trays from trays – closing the cycle without downcycling. RecyClass closed-loop certification has been obtained with recyclability class A.
