Die Maschine setzt sich aus mehreren Modulen zusammen, die jeweils verschiedene Optionen im Ablauf der Faltschachtelherstellung bieten und ein erweiterbares oder veränderbares Packungsspektrum abdecken. Die kombinatorische Auswahl von Formaten und Produkten, sowie die konsequente Umsetzung von Formatflexibilitäten mit Hilfe der Mover stützt die flexiblere Produktion bei vergleichbaren Ausbringungen. Die Anpassung der Formatbereiche in der Breite der Schachtel direkt auf den Movern ist eine spezifische Anpassung, ermöglicht direkt eine inline Formatverstellung und verringert erforderliche manuelle Eingriffe. Diese Reaktionsfähigkeiten auf Packungsgrößen im Produktionsumfeld bei gleichbleibend hohen Leistungen ist ein fortführender Schritt in der Beweglichkeit produzierender Unternehmen.

What the jury said:
The machine comprises several modules, each offering different options in the folding carton production process and covering an expandable or adaptable range of packaging solutions. The combined selection of formats and products, as well as the consistent implementation of format flexibility with the aid of the movers, helps to ensure more flexible production whilst maintaining comparable output levels. The adjustment of format ranges across the width of the box directly on the movers is a specific adaptation; it enables direct in-line format adjustment and reduces the need for manual intervention. This ability to respond to package sizes within the production environment whilst maintaining consistently high output represents a further step towards greater agility for manufacturing companies.
