The industrial-grade hot-end marking, the collaborative implementation and the universally applicable solution provide transparency on circulation cycles, dwell times and quality parameters, without fundamentally altering existing returnable systems.
The submission’s technical maturity, measurable benefits and feasibility within existing returnable systems all stand out. The jury sees this as a pioneering contribution to the digitalisation and data-driven further development of the circular economy.
